Andy Rohner specializes in the management of commercial and multi-family properties at MRE Commercial. He is driven to optimize property performance through his comprehensive approach to efficient management and strategic leasing. His overall goal in each project is the realization of a more profitable investment featuring streamlined operations and reduced client risk. Due in large part to his background in large-scale construction management and his self-starter approach to business, Andy was recruited by MRE’s co-founders to assume a leadership role in maintaining and expanding the firm’s comprehensive range of property management services.

Notably, Andy played a crucial role in the optimization of a 30,000-SF office/retail building in South San Francisco. He struck deals with delinquent tenants, reorganized building services, executed a strategic plan for building improvements, reassessed CAM pass-throughs and improved the tenant mix. The result: A 30-percent boost in lease revenues within two years and a far more stable investment.

Andy holds a B.S. in Construction Management from Cal Poly, SLO (California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo). Andy and his amazing wife are immensely enjoying raising their toddler and new baby. Andy competes in the sport of powerlifting and enjoys practicing and occasionally performing classical guitar.
