Richard Odenheimer is a commercial broker, asset manager and co-founder of MRE Commercial. Richard specializes in representing owners large and small, from public REITs to private investors, in managing their property to reduce operating expenses, increase revenue and improve tenant quality. Richard also consults in the sale of current holdings and the purchase of new investments

Richard’s Bay Area real estate career dates to the early 1980s. Possessing the sort of knowledge that only comes from long experience, Richard offers clients a long-term perspective on real estate trends and cycles. Richard has advised hundreds of clients in the acquisition, management, leasing and sale of office, retail, industrial and apartment properties.

Richard is an avid skier and outdoors enthusiast who is frequently out on the trail in the high sierras and beyond. Richard is a graduate of San Jose State University and 35-year resident of Piedmont, where he lives with his wife Mary and Australian Shepherd “Tasch”.
