Housh has remained active in commercial real estate
as both a manager and salesperson since 1986. Prior
to founding MRE in 1992, he built the commercial
division of Mason-McDuffie Real Estate into one
of the largest commercial brokerages in the Bay
Area -- eventually expanding the agent roster to
35. He was the top salesperson at Mason-McDuffie

the sale and acquisition of properties ranging from
large office and apartment complexes, to golf courses,
hotels and resorts.
Since he entered
the field of commercial real estate in 1987, Richard
Odenheimer’s practice has expanded to include virtually
all aspects of the business and all property types.
Today he primarily assists clients in the purchase,
sale and management of investment properties, including
multi-family, retail and office. His geographic
scope of operations extends throughout the Greater

his career in commercial real estate brokerage and
property management, and after graduating from California
Polytechnic University, where he majored in Construction
Management with a focus on real property development,
Andy Rohner served as a project manager in commercial
construction management. In that professional capacity
he took part in the development and improvement
of several large and complex projects.
